Cenacle Leadership Group's founder, Tiffaney Whipple, has been an education leader since 2000.  This leadership includes STEM lead teacher roles (project-based learning), academic advisor, guidance counselor, postsecondary director, instructional coach, assistant principal, and lead principal.  She successfully performed these roles in school districts and charter school systems, primarily in an alternative school setting.  An educator at heart, she enjoys training and developing new leaders.  In 2022, she received an Outstanding Leadership in Education award.

Empathetic of the needs of schools, in 2016, she created the Cenacle Leadership to address teacher absence management, develop future teachers, and empower students with 21st Century skills.
