Tiffaney Whipple, Cenacle Leadership Group's Founder/Chief Principal Officer, is a distinguished educator and a dynamic leader in the field of education. With a career in education spanning over 21 years, Tiffaney has held various roles in the education sector, including classroom teacher, guidance counselor, teacher coach, and school principal. Her extensive experience in both teaching and leadership positions has honed her skills in strategic planning, program development, and staff empowerment. She possesses a keen ability to identify and leverage the strengths of educators and create cohesive teams that are committed to student success.

An educator at heart, she enjoys training and developing new leaders and in 2022, she received an Outstanding Leadership in Education award for her endeavors. Alongside a bachelor's degree in biological sciences, Tiffaney Whipple holds Master's degrees in both Education Leadership and School Guidance Counseling. She also participates in numerous professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in education.

Passionate about education, Tiffaney is driven by a strong belief in the transformative power of knowledge. Her unwavering dedication to educational equity has been the driving force behind her work in designing and implementing innovative programs that address the unique needs of diverse student populations. And, in 2016, her empathy for the needs of schools led to the creation of Cenacle Leadership Group to address teacher absence management, develop future teachers, and empower students with 21st Century skills.



Cenacle Leadership Group’s Managing Director (DE), Jason Stewart, is a business professional with over 15 years of experience in business management, operations management, community engagement and community advocacy. As a US Army and Iraq War Veteran, Jason is dedicated to the service of others. Jason is a graduate of Wilmington University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and is currently pursuing his MBA in Organizational Leadership.

Cenacle Leadership Group's Managing Director (PA), Catisha Blue, has been a special education leader for over a decade. Additionally, she is a decorated Navy veteran where she served for several years. Subsequent to her military services she attended and graduated from Chestnut Hill College. Where she earned a degree in Childcare management. Her passion for impacting all children led her to choose the special education path, with respect to her career.
Ms. Blue has been successful in all her roles in both school districts and charter school systems. And in her own words “I have a heart for teaching and helping people be the best version of themselves, especially children.”
